Role Overview:
As a Financial Advisor at The Fitzpatrick Group, you will play a pivotal role in educating clients, providing personalized financial solutions, and advocating for transparency in the financial world. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through the complexities of personal finance by breaking down complicated financial concepts and exposing the misleading tactics often used in online marketing.
This is not your typical financial advisor role. You'll be a part of a team that's committed to changing how people perceive and approach financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, Manage, and retain strong client relationships
Provide one-on-one financial consultations, helping clients develop customized plans that align with their goals.
Educate clients on the truths behind common financial misconceptions, online myths, and misleading marketing tactics.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering unbiased advice on investments, retirement planning, insurance, debt management, and other financial matters.
Stay current on industry trends, economic news, and online financial marketing strategies to keep clients informed with the most up-to-date and reliable information.
Host webinars, workshops, and other educational events aimed at debunking financial myths and empowering the public with clear, actionable advice.
Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of financial experts who are passionate about disrupting the status quo.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience as a financial advisor or sales role, with a passion for financial literacy and transparency.
Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and explain them in a way that resonates with clients of all knowledge levels.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to acting in the client's best interest at all times.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage and educate.
A desire to challenge industry norms and help clients navigate the financial misinformation prevalent on the internet.
A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Uncapped commissions & bonuses
$30,000-$50,000 potential base stipend dependent on sales experience & previous success
