A boutique Financial Planning Firm is in search of a Wealth Advisor to join their team and lead a specialized division of their business.
YOUR ROLE:
As part of the advisory and planning team, you will lead the development and delivery of customized financial solutions to your assigned clients. In this highly successful relationship management model, the Principal Partners help the advisor drive the marketing and identification of new clients. The Wealth Management Advisor creates effective financial plans and client communication strategies in securing and servicing clients.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Prepare comprehensive plan packages to share with clients on investment strategies and other financial decisions
Aid in the assessment of clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
Prepare presentations that recommend various financial solutions
Review and update financial plans; communicate updates to clients during service meetings
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Maintain and/or implement an active role in our markets and communities
Create strategies and portfolio forecasts using a variety of tools including, but not limited to advanced MS Excel models
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
One-on-one training from seasoned Leaders in the financial planning industry
A comprehensive training program that includes investment management and regulatory compliance
?WHY YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON:
3+ years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth counselor, Investment Advisor Representative (IAR), etc. - Required
Proven experience with acute accountability for an investment client's best interest
Experience with financial planning software
Experience with detailed note taking and recording
