Job Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 40 - 70 clients with functional support from a Treasury and Credit Analyst.
Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term goals and develop financial projections to support their growth and success.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on financial performance and recommendations for improvement.
Develop and implement financial strategies to improve clients' financial performance, including cost-saving measures, cash flow optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
Assist clients with financial management, including financial reporting, and compliance with government regulations.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to understand clients' business operations, goals, and challenges.
Provide guidance on financial planning and budgeting, including forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
A minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in leveraged finance.
A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team / in a supervisor role.
CPA, CFA, or other relevant industry certification(s).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex financial data and develop creative solutions.
