Job Duties
Answer inbound calls from individuals interested in various ACA insurance and Medicare options
Provide options and recommendations based on caller's needs
Close new enrollment and provide information regarding ancillary insurance products
Requirements
Life & Health License required or must be willing to obtain upon start
Experience with ACA and Medicare product sales preferred
Must be available to work M-Sun 8:00 to 8:00. Some OT during enrollment period.
In-Office with some flexibility to work from home
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
