Are you passionate about data analysis and process improvement? We're looking for a dedicated Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving transformational initiatives. In this position, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and summarize data portfolios, creating reports and visualizations to support business recommendations.
Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Collaborate with business partners to develop roadmaps and manage tactical plans.
Initiate project plans and facilitate their execution while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure consistency and standardization in documentation and processes across teams.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline; or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in consumer goods product creation is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for opportunities to improve productivity.
Business acumen to quickly understand new processes and operations.
Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, macros, data mining).
Experience with SmartSheets or Airtable.
Data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau).
Proficient in SQL for data analysis.
