JOB DESCRIPTION

Account Manager - Major Accounts

The North America Collections Shared Service Center, CSSC, is currently seeking an Account Manager to manage offshore resources that provide billing, collections, and customer service for Major Accounts (Chubb Global Casualty, Casualty Risk Construction, and ESIS).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage the day-to-day departmental deliverables ensuring service level agreements and key performance indicators are met.
  • Provide vision and direction to establish goals and development plans.
  • Responsible for past due receivables, unapplied cash and billing discrepancies.
  • Prepare and communicate detailed and accurate receivable information to business units.
  • Build and maintain cohesive partnerships with internal and external customers delivering timely and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established collections guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and direction on optimal funding and payment methods to satisfy client needs, while maintaining corporate financial integrity and cash flow goals.
  • Identify process improvement ideas, implementing best practices to ensure key billing and collection metrics are achieved.
