We seek a highly motivated Solution Engineer to join Pfizer's Digital Commercial and Customer Creation Center (C4) Digital Technology team for solution delivery for Pfizer's Specialty market access and field reimbursement teams.
As the PSSP Data Manager, your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining curated data sources in Tableau. This will enable business users to access self-service reporting and analytics capabilities. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise. Additionally, as the digital Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Specialty business unit, you will provide ongoing support for the published data sources. This will involve collaborating with product owners to prioritize features and manage technical requirements, ensuring the data sources meet the evolving needs of the business unit.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,900.00 to $166,500.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
