Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. / rotating days (C shift)




Overview

• Produce quality Posiflush syringes at the rate or goal set for each line while working as a team with other operators.


• Keep your area and machines clean and complete quality checks on at the frequency needed.

Qualifications:

• Able to perform all tasks in assigned operations listed below and operate all respective equipment at a rate equal to or above established standards while maintaining all quality and GMP standards.


• Assignments may be in any of the following areas:


• Mold utility

Essential Functions:

• Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.


• Transport material between Posiflush's two molding areas as well as the storage area


• Keep material cleared from auxiliary molding equipment to maintain steady flow of product


• Stock line with raw materials necessary to assemble product


• Supplement line with molded components as needed to prevent downtime


• Keep machinery, work area, and floors neat and orderly to comply with GMP requirements


• Perform daily and weekly cleanings of specific area


• Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required


• Communicate with mold technicians and line operators on changeover times


• Work as a team member to develop optimal task methods


• Any duties as assigned by manager


• Other: Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in an active role for majority of shift and take individual ownership in position.

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma/ GED or 2 years of Industrial/Manufacturing experience


• Ability to speak, read, and write English
