Responsibilities

Revolution is seeking an organized and self-motivated Human Resources and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager for our manufacturing site in Florence, AL. This role involves working closely with the Plant Manager and HR Director to manage HR responsibilities and oversee the site safety program. We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual ready to make an impact. Some relocation assistance is available, and occasional remote work flexibility is offered.

• Implement HR programs aligned with corporate goals.
• Focus on talent development, career planning, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for new employees.
• Address employee relations issues and enhance company-wide communication.
• Oversee talent reviews.
• Develop and enforce safety plans; conduct safety inspections and educate employees on safety standards.
• Investigate on-site accidents and maintain safety documentation.
• Support local operations and commercial teams with training and staffing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years of HR and HSE experience in a manufacturing setting.
• SHRM certification and knowledge of Safety regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Adaptable and action-oriented with a focus on results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and support multiple shifts and sites.
