We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects related to excavation and underground utilities, including storm, sewer, and water systems. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of excavation and underground utility projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.


• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.


• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.


• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.


• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.


• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, specifically in excavation and underground utilities (storm, sewer, and water).


• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
