The starting pay for this position is $19.00/hr.
Hours will be M-F 9a-530p with Saturday rotations. Remote (work from home) available after training.

**Senior level requires completion of Loans and Membership training and 90 days of successful telephone system training.

Member Service Representative Role:

Provide member services and resolve member questions or concerns in a contact center setting. Consistently delivers exceptional member service and effectively uncovers member needs and offers appropriate solutions. Responsible for making referrals to business partners. Knowledge and Skills: Experience One year to three years of similar or related experience. Education A high school education or GED. Interpersonal Skills Ability to multitask successfully, courtesy and tact, solution seeker, positive presence, effective listening, exceptional service skills, follow-through, time management, willingness to learn, ability to communicate effectively through various channels Other Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, ability to use multiple applications on a computer simultaneously, willingness to learn, strong member service focus, attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal Physical Requirements Light or low amount of physical exertion.
