Critical client facing team member needed to support Account Partner to manage multiple global clients and their associated real estate portfolios. Primary responsibilities include coordinating with Client CRE to implement real estate plans aligned with Client's strategic goals and provide broad strategic and tactical support to enable clients to make informed real estate decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in transaction management including new site leasing, renewals, subleasing, purchases / acquisitions, sale / disposition, etc. and associated financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of said transactions.



ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Establish client real estate governance standards, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones
  • Act as the liaison between Newmark, Client CRE and Business Unit leadership.
  • Manage flow of documentation and communications between client, account team, extended team including local co-broker, consulting, project management, facility management, lease administration, etc.
  • Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
  • Support Client CRE with annual budget development and determine opportunities for reduced occupancy expense and strategic savings
  • Lead development and coordination of Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews, showing alignment to client KPI's/OKR's
  • Maintain weekly / monthly real estate activity status update

TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT

  • Execute global multi-market acquisition & disposition of direct and serviced offices
  • Coordinate with selected market co-broker, conducting onboarding and ensuring level of service quality is maintained
  • Draft Request for Proposals, Counter-Proposals, Letter of Intent/Heads of Term and accompanying Analysis
  • Participates in Lease Review, drive and track negotiation progress
  • Prepare and analyze comparative lease and sublease recovery analyses
  • Prepare commission invoices, track and collect payments, prepare expense reports as required.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Maintain NMRK brand, product, office, and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials to include; flyers, proposals, tour books, touch pieces, maps, floor plans, qualification packages, and market surveys.
  • Review marketing material specifications, and act as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis, and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of proposal responses and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
  • Update and maintain various information databases to include; client and prospect databases. Coordinate mass marketing mailings.
  • Perform administrative functions and prepare communication as required.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

  • Utilize multiple technology and productivity platforms including: Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Salesforce, Lease Administration Database Systems, etc.

BACKGROUND

  • 5+ years of experience in direct real estate transaction execution is a must
  • Completed 100+ Transactions
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • CA Real Estate Salesperson License required



Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 annually


The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
