RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is looking for several long-term Windows 11 Build & Deploy Technicians needed in East Stroudsburg, PA. Join a team that has supported our Healthcare Client for the past 10+ years. These are onsite roles with some local travel involved. This is a 1+ year contract - Monday-Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities:

• Deploys new computers to end-user, reclaims old computer(s) and updates asset management inventory data to reflect changes


• Provides on-site technical support to end users on a variety of issues including but not limited to, computer hardware and software, security and network connectivity


• Identifies, researches, resolves technical problems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate degree Information Sciences and Technology related field; Preferred work experience will be considered in lieu of degree


• 2 years of progressive experience in Information Sciences and Technology related field


• Interpersonal and customer service skills as well as being self-motivated


• Intricate knowledge of the use of mobile devices, networking, personal computers, printers, and computer terminology


• Knowledge of network protocols, computer hardware/software and peripherals


• Must be friendly, courteous, presentable, service-oriented, flexible and enjoy working with all levels of staff


• Must be able to visit multiple business and education locations (dependent on employment location)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
