RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer in Everett, MA.

Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for collaborating with the Organization, Project Managers, Architect, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance, in the process of creating software deliverables and artifacts.

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior member of the team, you must adhere to the organization's methodologies and standards, and propose improvements based on software development best practices


• Perform Lightning We Component Development and Integration platforms development support (enhancements, bug fixes)


• Participation in efforts including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, roll out and documentation creation


• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings to discuss current tasks and weekly status reports


• Collaborate with junior developers to perform code reviews and provide feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science or a related field


• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer; Handle development of new business requirements using Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, Apex Batches and Triggers, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other solutions


• Experience with programming languages such as SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and CSS; Experience with batch data and real-time stream processing on the Salesforce platform


• Experience with Application Development & Configuration including Lightning App Builder, Flows, Validations rules, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML


• Experience with complex Salesforce API integration for applications residing on various platforms; Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and other integration tools


• Expertise in developing UI pages using the LWC framework


• Proven record of accomplishment working on large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders and with cross-functional teams


• Implemented Async processing solutions with Platform events, Async Apex, Queueable Apex, CDC, Lightning Message Service, etc.


• Extensive understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) development and customization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
