Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Fremont, CA that is looking for a Senior Program Manager for a digital transformation. This person is responsible for the creation of next generation business processes and accelerated adoption of technology across the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience


• Program/Project Management certification preferred


• Significant experience with at least 2 of these 3 platforms: ERP (SAP s4 Teamcenter); PLM - Product Lifecycle Management (Ops Center); MES - Manufacturing Execution System (Ops Center)


• Ability to Travel 10-20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing business and digital transformation initiatives strongly preferred


• Excellent executive communication skills


• Proven Program Management track record


• Significant experience across key functional and technical areas (e.g., operations, service, product development, systems and tools) preferred


• Ability to define and structure problems in ambiguous situations, and drive end-to-end execution of solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
