RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in West Hollywood, CA that is seeking a Patent Access Representative II. This position is remote eligible after successful completion of on-site training.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Medical Appointment Scheduler for a well-established Hospital in the greater Los Angeles area to handle inbound calls for scheduling primary care and urgent care appointments for outpatient patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patent Access Representative will schedule doctor appointments for primary care and urgent care services based on availability


• Ensure that appointments are scheduled in appropriate time slots, optimizing patient flow


• Remain logged into the phone system for the entire shift to handle all inbound calls


• As a Patent Access Representative, you will answer patient calls in a timely manner, providing accurate information regarding appointments


• Adhere to strict protocols for answering calls and delivering the correct information


• Demonstrates drive, initiative, and attention to detail in completing tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of healthcare call center experience


• 2+ years of experience scheduling patient appointments for multiple physicians


• Strong exposure EMR software (Epic preferred)


• The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality service in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to avoid grammatical errors and demonstrate strong written communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
