Executive Assistant to $105K- Hybrid Work Model!



A private equity firm is seeking a motivated, organized and outgoing Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their investor relations team! This position will play a critical role in supporting the team and the long-term success of their efforts by overseeing logistical processes and tasks that require close attention to detail and working very closely with internal staff and external constituents. The ideal candidate will work well with a team and independently, have exemplary organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to rapidly changing priorities, and have superior interpersonal skills. The qualified candidate will have executive support experience in investor relations. Key responsibilities include assisting in preparation for meetings, day-to-day calendar management, occasional business travel arrangements, special project assistance, and more.
