Job Description:

Our Employee-Owned Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structured Cabling Lead Technician for the installation and maintenance of data, fiber, catv, and paging systems for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installation work is performed to the highest standards and in compliance with local building codes and regulations. Wage is dependent on experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Work and supervise a crew of technicians to ensure that all installed is performed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure that all installation work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Ensure that all installation work complies with local building codes and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure that all installation work meets company standards and customer expectations.
Keep detailed records of all installation work and maintain an accurate inventory of materials and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation and perform repairs as needed.
