DUTIES: New business development via client outreach including cold calls e-mails, follow-ups, meetings and attendance at industry events Preparing daily responses and follow-up with prospects Preparing Presentations and Pitch Deck Excellent Oral and Written skills Advising clients (Buyers, Sellers, and Investors) in achieving their investment real estate goals pertaining to valuation, acquisitions and dispositions Preparing financial analyses of clients' properties, market comparable data and research (Pro-Forma) Researching the local real estate market and staying up-to-date on industry trends Sales and Marketing Activities - exclusive property listings to qualified buyers Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals Negotiating exclusive buyer and seller agreements, Letter-of-Intents, and various other Agreements Hosting Webinars, and in-person seminars Social Media Campaigns Participating in training and ongoing skills-development workshops
