Location: This position is remotely based from a home office anywhere within the United States.
How will you make an impact?
As the Recruiter II, your responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for Operation positions. You'll work towards meeting staffing goals (time to fill, diversity hiring, recruiting compliance) and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent. Your focus is on building a world-class workforce.
What will you do?
Act as the subject matter authority for recruitment-related questions for hiring managers and human resources
Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead recruitment process for active open positions, including:
Conducting intake meetings
Developing the sourcing strategy
Sourcing talent and screening applicants
Conducting interviews
Facilitating debrief meetings
Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers
Develop thoughtful strategies to identify top talent
Maintain open communication with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners throughout the process
Generate/complete reports as needed
Participate in projects as needed
How will you get here?
Education
Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field, or 4+ years of experience in a professional environment with high school diploma
Experience
A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience or equivalent
Commercial, Marketing, R&D, or Corporate recruiting experience is preferred
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving and time management skills, the ability to work independently, and negotiation skills are required
