Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and manage transportation needs, including creating and processing orders and activating shipments.


• Track and monitor shipments, scheduling appointments, and responding to customer inquiries.


• Enter shipment details accurately into our database and follow through on all customer requests.


• Work closely with your team to problem-solve and handle escalations when necessary.


• Keep our operations running smoothly by staying on top of emails, task boards, and ensuring accurate load data entry.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.


• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or logistics environment.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Excellent communication and time management skills.


• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
