Job Description:

Details:



  • Pay: $20-$26/hr depending on experience level

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (some flexibility)

  • Location: in office 100% for training in Bloomington, MN and then open to discuss

  • Type: temp to hire on permanent or direct hire (open to both options)

Responsibilities:



  • Assist with open enrollment processing

  • Review and provide ideas on how to streamline processes within the department

  • Manage the onboarding process for all new hires and clients (financial institutions) ensuring compliance is adhered to

  • Transfer original paper personnel files into HRIS keeping all information up to date

  • Completion of employment verifications

  • Support in organization and entry of incoming documentation for LOA and Performance Management Process.

  • Run, analyze, and distribute various reports for HR Team

  • Manage all internal and external audit requests for both client and departmental audits

  • Assist in other areas of HR dept providing administrative support as requested

Requirements:



  • 1 - 3 years of human resources and/or administrative experience

  • Must be flexible and willing to help within other areas of the HR department

  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.

  • Experience with HRIS, Payroll or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Power BI and/or Paylocity experience - would be amazing to have
