Job Description:
LA's top leading entertainment and sports agency is seeking an experienced corporate legal coordinator that will be supporting the Chief legal officer of the agency! This is a very confidential entertainment agency that represents the best talent in the world! Be part of this agency if you meet the requirements!
Requirements:
- Draft, format redline confidential agreements.
- Communicate with executives regarding confidential agreements.
- legal research in regards to corporate law.
- Experiened with entity formations.
- Proficient with MS office suite, and Net Documents is a MUST*
- Familiarity with Carta or cap table management software.
- E-File high volume electronic files.
- Experienced with cap table management and corporate matters.
- Must have a paralegal or legal assistant certificate.
- Time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize short term and long term projects.
- Excellent verbal and drafting skills.
This is a temp to hire position for LA's top talent agency representing the best A-list celebs, Sports athletes etc...
$30-$35/hour DOE!
