Job Description:

Compli LLC is a full-service regulatory compliance consulting services company with a life sciences division specializing in pharma, biotech, API, Medical Device, and laboratory facilities. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our growing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare work packages for every planned maintenance activity inclusive of repetitive maintenance.
  • Order, receive and inventory required spare parts and material needed fort maintenance activities.
  • Plan and arrange activities related with equipment maintenance to enhance equipment and plant accessibility.
  • Coordinate daily as well as weekly planning meetings related to plant maintenance.
  • Ensure to include PdM technologies to improve overall efficiency.
  • Coordinate efforts to rebuild spares and other equipment through external suppliers.
  • Collect drawings, manuals, and other documents to assist with maintenance repairs or modifications.
  • Submit red-lined engineering drawings for any work order directed revisions or upgrades.
  • Coordinate plant shutdowns to attain all essential schedules.
  • Execute modification in maintenance records and key equipment with significant spares during setting apt reorder levels along with quantities.
  • Support department•s compliance to any Lean Manufacturing goals and objectives.
  • Provide support to plant engineering to prepare spare parts and PM Lists for new equipment.
  • Provide the technical assistance needed to support all on-site maintenance activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten years related-work experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler
  • Minimum of five years of Pharmaceutical or Bio-Tech Industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills • written and verbal
  • Very good analytical and planning skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Very proficient in the use of planning/scheduling software: SAP PLM and S4Hana
  • Must have good attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good working ethics and ability to treat documents with confidentiality
  • All candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to travel up to 100% of their work time; regionally in the Midwest such as Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri.
  • List any licenses or certifications that the candidate has such as: ISO, II, CAT, CBM, M&RE, 9000, CMRP, CRL, CHMM, NEBOSH
