The Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club of Jamestown is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Executive Director.
Requirements Include: * Bachelor's degree (experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree) * Experience working with children on a day-to-day basis * Management skills, including directing an excellent and experienced staff of full-time employees, part-time employees, and volunteers * Experience in financial, personnel, and building management * A history of success in working with economically disadvantaged youth, including motivational family support skills.
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
