Wencl Plumbing and Heating is looking for a result-driven, detail oriented Salesperson/Comfort Advisor to join our team.
Previous HVAC and Plumbing Sales experience is very important, and HVAC design experience is preferred.
Salesperson/Comfort Advisor will consult with homeowners and businesses to assist with designing repairs and new systems, as well as maintenance plans for plumbing and HVAC systems.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Assessing client needs and present solutions as needed.
Design HVAC systems based on client need with awareness of rebate availability and eligibility.
Follow through with clients after presentations and work to build productive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Outside sales experience required.
Solid understanding of plumbing concepts, water distribution, and sewer/drain systems.
Computer proficiency required.
Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
Detail oriented and reliable.
Solid interpersonal skills; friendly and energetic personality with a desire to serve customers well.
We offer hourly pay plus an excellent commission/bonus package. Starting pay is 18-25 per hour + commission and annual yearly compensation is based on performance.
To be considered full time, you must work 32 hours or more a week. Full time employees receive comprehensive paid training along with following benefit options:
