Create and implement precise management plans for every PXP program and project from planning, communications, resources, change, risks, and issues
Own the preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly PXP reports
Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for processes and activities to improve the PX teams' influence and reputation
Gather requirements, design and implement manager, employee and PXP dashboards
Use data to drive efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations for the PXP organization
Develop training materials and deliver training for data, analytics, projects or programs
Support with conducting audits to ensure that defined business processes are adhered to
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Three (3) years of experience providing data analyst support to a team of professionals or equivalent combination of education and experience
Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills
Provide excellent customer service
Efficient time management
Ability to take charge and lead tasks to completion
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
MS 365 proficient
Ability to travel 5% of the time
Ability to clear required background check
Certificates and Licenses: None required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in related field of study
Certified Analytics Professional or Power BI Data Analyst Certification

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $58,404.75 - $93,447.60 per year. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
