Sr. Project Manager, Media at Horizontal Talent in Bolingbrook, Illinois

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Media Project Manager for a contract role through January 2025. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, alternating between remote and on-site work in Bolingbrook, IL.

As a Sr. Project Manager supporting their Media team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the operational needs of the Media design team and agency partners. You will facilitate briefings, comprehensive project planning, and communications to ensure the efficient creation of marketing campaigns that drive traffic, awareness, and conversion for brand partners within our client's Media program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Media creative team in delivering exceptional marketing campaigns, design projects, and collateral for various media workstreams.
- Communicate best practices and guidelines to brand partners to support the project brief process.
- Plan the workflow for teams, including detailed project timelines, scope, available resources, and relevant communication milestones.
- Manage project milestones, coordinating and facilitating creative kickoffs, reviews, and tracking project activity and details in Monday.com.
- Collaborate with the creative, production, and design teams to develop optimized systems for project management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Project Management, Design, Business Management).
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, trafficking creative services, or operations.
- Experience partnering with external design & marketing agencies on digital projects.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant project tracking and planning software (Miro, Figma, Workfront, Monday.com, PowerPoint).
- Retail Media Network experience is preferred.
