We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern on our HR team in Minneapolis, MN.


MMA's internship is a comprehensive program that will provide you with real world business, risk management and insurance experience.Learn to apply the concepts you've learned in the classroom through project work and client interaction. You'll also develop professional skills that will serve you the rest of your career. Marsh McLennan Agency's internship program gives you the chance to find your interest and place in the insurance industry. MMA's goal is to provide insight into all areas of the insurance industry and act as a springboard into full-time careers in the role you desire. Our internship will focus on the tools needed to build a solid foundation for our Client Management or Sales career pathways.

We are currently looking for a proactive, energetic and organized intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will work closely with our local and regional teams on supporting HR processes and projects including supporting our colleague engagement activities, internship program, system conversion support, and more!



What you need to have:

• Associate's degree (or working toward degree) in related field


• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills with a high sense of urgency


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with internal clients, management and peers


• Proficiency in MS office

What makes you stand out:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or working towards) with an emphasis in HR


• Prior Internship experience
