This position is responsible for managing and implementing RTD’s Call for Partnership Projects Program. Serves as first point of contact for external stakeholders interested in RTD’s Call for Partnership Projects and assists with application development. Assists in development, administration, and monitoring the Partnership division budget.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential:


  • Acts as the subject matter expert in assisting stakeholders with service development plans.

  • Facilitates internal review and evaluation of submitted projects.

  • Provides regular project performance evaluation and feedback to partners.

  • Supports partners in development of performance improvement plans.

  • Monitors partnership contribution from external stakeholders.  Assists in development, administration and monitoring of the Partnership division budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Business Administration, Transportation Planning, Public Administration, or related field required.

  • A minimum of five years in transit planning, transportation demand management, and/or operations management.

  • Proficiency in transit service delivery options, multi-modal networks, and alternative transit modes.

  • Ability to analyze data concerning ridership, population, costs, and revenues.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

  • Ability to use sound judgment.

  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.

An equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities.

Pay Range:

$77,437.00 - $109,380.25 Annual
