Hours: 7:00PM-1:30AM
*Must be available to work weekends and holidays*
Principle Responsibilities
Training & developing staff.
Coordinate work assignments.
Inspect completed work.
Assign cleaning assignments to team members.
Assist with inventory control, supplies, & keys.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee cleanliness of public & common areas.
Assisting in keeping team encouraged & motivated.
Perform all other duties as requested by departmental & hotel leadership.
Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities
Attention to detail & organizational skills.
Strong supervisory skills, & ability to designate responsibilities.
Ability to work effectively with varying personality types.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, & cleaning equipment.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to understand & carry out verbal & written instructions independently.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and adjust schedule to business needs.
Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 60lbs of force on a frequent basis.
Ability to perform such tasks as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carrying for long periods.
