Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) financial statements filed with the SEC, including support workpapers for internal and external audit review.
- Support other external reporting requirements, such as annual proxy statements, quarterly earnings releases, and supplemental slides.
- Participate in XBRL tagging efforts.
- Support quarterly global balance sheet analytics, working closely with global business segment leaders.
- Manage certain global corporate accounting processes; record journal entries to reflect current period activity.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Assist with other projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- CPA required (or CPA in progress).
- Prior work experience at a Big Four or regional accounting firm is a plus.
- Prior work experience at one or more SEC registrants with international operations preferred.
- Experience performing accounting/financial reporting disclosure research in Intelligize or similar tools.
- Experience with OneStream or other consolidation tools is a plus.
