Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $25.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Security Technology Support Admin!
6-12 month contract


On site in Irvine, CA

Seeking a professional to manage and support Physical Security Software, Hardware, and systems, ensuring they are effectively managed and always online. Collaborate with a global team on projects in the US, Europe, and Asia.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain security platforms and networked systems.


Provide end-user support and administrator services for security systems (Access Control and CCTV).


Assist in software and network upgrades.


Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access control and CCTV systems.


Commission and test Physical Security systems.


Perform administrative system updates and maintain system organization.


Act as a co-point of escalation for technical issues.


Assist with software and technology programs.


Help staff and end users with badging and site access issues.


Remotely access hardware and troubleshoot devices.


Escalate issues and assist contracted repair engineers.



Must-Have Qualifications:



Strong understanding of IT concepts and management of IT systems.


Willingness to undergo Access Control System and Avigilon CCTV training.


Practical knowledge of enterprise-wide software management.


Understanding of CCTV & Access Control systems or a keen interest in IT security.


Ability and desire to learn and support systems and end users.



Desirable Qualifications:



Experience with large-scale access control systems (AMAG) and CCTV systems.


Experience in enterprise-wide software management and upgrades.


Troubleshooting Physical Security Hardware.
