Job Description:
Join our dynamic Marketing team as a Project Manager for Product Rewards and Promotions. This role focuses on project management rather than campaign execution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Validating projects
- Monitoring fallout reports
- Routing copy approvals
- Updating procedures and job aids as needed
- Maintaining promotion trackers
- Collaborating with teams to update checklists as needed
- Ensuring articles are published accurately
- Reviewing complaints to determine if escalation is necessary
- Managing the installation and renewal of letters
- Providing coverage for teammates to maintain controls or keep tasks moving during their absence
- Creating and sending out weekly email updates
- Updating the Marketing Board as needed
- Training business partners on compliance tasks as needed
- Working on team presentation decks
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Experience managing PowerPoint decks
