We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in functional testing and a strong background in automation with JavaScript or TypeScript.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional testing with a focus on automation.
- Utilize 4-5 years of hands-on experience in automation using JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Conduct API testing (knowledge of API testing is a plus).
- Leverage knowledge of Selenium with Java.
- Interface with clients and manage client relationships effectively.
- Use code repository, build, and deployment tools such as GitHub, Mocha, and Azure DevOps.
- Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues.
- Work within Agile - SCRUM, CI/CD, and DevOps environments.
- Develop and maintain test documentation and processes, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, RTM, and defect management.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Perform code reviews and share progress reports with customers regularly.
- Coordinate with customers on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate automation code into the pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with Cypress or Playwright is required.
