Job Description Summary:

• Develop, lead, and execute sourcing strategies for facility and project services at local, regional, and national levels.


• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with contracting, COI, reporting, and procurement standards.

Job Description:

• Support clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing managed services operations and sourcing strategies.


• Provide market, supplier, and operational intelligence; lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives.


• Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.


• Collaborate with clients and teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits.


• Follow established contract processes and manage data entry via technology platforms.


• Maintain contract and supplier files for compliance.


• Partner with operations to support daily sourcing and supply chain activities.


• Ensure contractual terms comply with legal and risk management standards.


• Proactively manage customer expectations.


• Support budget preparation and management.


• Implement and communicate regional and national programs.


• Support supplier relationship and performance programs.


• Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies.


• Conduct RFPs and RFQs, analyze results, and make recommendations.


• Negotiate and manage contracts for goods and services.


• Lead performance review meetings with preferred suppliers.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.


• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.


• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 4+ years of strategic sourcing/procurement/contracts experience.


• Preferred project management and business transitions experience.


• Proficient in MS Office applications.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Experience with contract negotiation and problem-solving skills.
