Summary: The primary role of a Non-IT Project Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, R&D, financial systems, product roll-out, and other non-IT projects.


Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans and oversee technical activities.


• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients.


• Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate staff, ensuring their competence.


• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
