Judge Healthcare is seeking a Data Entry Tech in Orange, CA!
Contract: Up to 6 months
Schedule: Full time hours, Monday-Friday
Job Summary
The Data Entry Technician will perform routine to complex data entry tasks and provide office support as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a mission-driven culture focused on high-quality performance, customer service, consistency, dignity, and accountability.
- Assist the team in fulfilling departmental responsibilities and support both short- and long-term goals.
- Perform data entry for various documents, data sources, and files.
- Conduct outreach calls for data entry purposes as needed.
- Assist with mailing information to members.
- Provide resource and mailing support for teleworking staff as applicable.
- Alert the supervisor to any issues affecting production and quality.
- Ensure all Protected Healthcare Information (PHI) is secured at the end of the day.
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in common data entry techniques.
- Maintain organized files and attention to detail.
- Analyze incoming mail and determine appropriate actions.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with leadership and staff.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Utilize computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and job-specific applications to produce correspondence, charts, spreadsheets, and other relevant information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of data entry experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the necessary skills to perform the job duties may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a managed healthcare environment.
- Knowledge or background in provider data and/or credentialing systems.
