Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Safety Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Roxboro, NC area.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:


•Conduct regular fire safety inspections and risk assessments across the facility.


•Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety strategies and protocols.


•Provide fire safety training to staff and organize fire drills.


•Ensure all fire safety equipment is in working order, including fire extinguishers and alarm systems.


•Coordinate with local fire departments and emergency services during emergencies.


•Prepare reports on fire safety status.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor's Degree preferred


•5+ years of manufacturing experience


•Heavy industry experience (metals, chemicals, forest products)


•Basic knowledge of Federal, State/Provincial, and local industrial health, safety, and fire prevention rules and regulations.
