Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our distribution center in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in distribution centers and kitting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and optimize kitting processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in distribution centers and kitting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
