Salary Range: $76K to $87K

Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Maintains employee health information and administers TB screening, Hepatitis B vaccines, and flu vaccines.
  2. Coordinates and leads educational programs for staff.
  3. Coordinates New Employee Orientation.
  4. Coordinates and leads Nursing Department Orientation.
  5. Assists with the hiring of RNs and LPNs, as required.
  6. Satisfies all educational in-service requirements mandated by CHI Living Communities, the department, external accrediting, and regulatory agencies.


Job Requirements:

Education: Associate's Degree or its equivalent, majoring in Nursing. Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of Ohio.

Experience: Minimum five years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
