There is a place for you at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health!Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.Are you ready to make a Difference?Program Summary: The Women's Outreach program (WOR) offers hope, love and assistance for women in recovery by removing substance abuse as a barrier to employment and living in the community. The Women's Outreach program includes both residential and intensive outpatient services that address risk factors for relapse. Services support women in achieving abstinence, maintaining recovery, avoiding illegal activity and meeting parenting responsibilities. The program also provides supports to help women obtain employment and transition into safe and stable housing.Responsibilities include:

• Conducting IOP groups, individual counseling and psychoeducation for Women's Outreach delineated via program licensure by Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH)/Health Facility Regulation (HFR).


• Follow established guidelines in Addictive Disease Program Plan.


• Individual counseling as clinically indicated.


• Complete SPD's, and all other supporting assessments, including UDS, & documentation for individuals affiliated with Women's Outreach Outpatient.


• Follow-up calls with referrals and participation in Treatment/consultation/clinical team meetings.


• Complete monthly Treatment Plan reviews and discharge/transition person's served, as clinically indicated.


• Other duties as assigned by Director of Addictive Disease , Program Manager(s), as needed to meet expanding needs of individuals served.
