Waynesburg University Coordinator of Donor Relations and Annual Giving
Waynesburg University is currently seeking applicants for Coordinator of Donor Relations and Annual Giving. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field. Two (2) or more years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or annual giving. Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with donors. Demonstrated ability to craft compelling messages and campaigns tailored to diverse audiences. Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail. Experience using data to analyze campaign performance and donor engagement trends. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, etc. This position is responsible for support of the Office of Institutional Advancement in the key areas of managing relationships with individual donors, gift processing, reporting, donor stewardship, scholarship management, overseeing annual giving campaigns, special events, and online giving software. Candidates must be committed both personally and professionally to the mission and purpose of Christian Higher Education.
