Join our team today and make your mark in sustainable electrification.About the roleThe Product Development Associate will play a crucial role in influencing the commercialization and optimization of our sodium-ion battery products. This position is a broad role, and the individual will be highly collaborative across internal leadership, engineering, and business activities as well as external customer and supplier stakeholders. What youll doSupport the development of application-driven battery specifications to ensure customer needs are aligned with internal product engineering roadmaps.Provide technical and data analysis support to research & development teams to advance product development processes.Assist in the preparation of technical and product qualification project proposals.Proactively identify process improvements in technical operations.Promote safe operating practices and foster a collaborative culture of excellence.What youll bringCommercially-relevant battery industry experience with a preference toward electrochemical cell and system-level design and product development.Minimum Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and present findings to stakeholders.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to process and collect relevant electrochemical datasets.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package, including base salary in the range of $55,000 - $70,000, equity, and comprehensive benefits, such as medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and flexible leave policy.
