This is a full time hybrid position in the North Alabama region working with small business owners and their employees to provide those employees with benefits as well as tax savings.
Qualifications:
No experience is required. We train an individual in all aspects of our business to be successful in a short amount of time.
Excellent communication skills to effectively serve our clients needs and help them make informed decisions.
Self Motivated and organized with excellent time management skills and very goal oriented.
The ability to train and supervise others to be successful in this industry.
