The Skagit Valley Herald Children's Christmas Fund seeks an Assistant Administrator to help with daily office operations. Key duties include answering/returning phone calls, registering clients on computer, prepping mailings, & scheduling/coordinating volunteer activities. This physically active position will also help sort toys/books, pack gift bags, & assist with drive through distribution of gifts to families. Pack up toys & clean warehouse at the end of season. Bilingual/Spanish speaking & writing a plus, but not required. Temporary Position: 10/27-12/29, 2023 30-40 Hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 am- 4 pm. $16.00 / hour
