This is a Full-time supervisory position, responsible for oversight of a staff of five Program Coordinators. This position also carries a caseload of clients receiving services from the organization. Prefer a bachelor's degree and previous experience in a leadership role. Prefer previous experience in a direct support or educational position.
Responsible for:
Supervision of the Program Coordination Department, providing direction as needed to the employees in this department.
Participation and leadership of a team dedicated to working with individuals to develop their Person-Centered plans for services and supports. These plans are used to coordinate all services received by clients of the organization.
Provide guidance to staff working directly with individuals with regard to the plans developed.
Interaction with Case Managers and Managed Care Organization representatives to assure needed services are received.
Compilation of documentation and data through various reporting to evaluate needs and progress on developed plans.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership skills.

Starting Salary: $22.00/hour. Previous experience will be evaluated.
