We are problem solvers at heart and work to solve clients complex digital marketing challenges by leveraging data and technology.About the Position:As a Paid Search Media Manager, you are expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of your clients line of business (staying on top of industry trends, competitive, etc.). You will be responsible for day-to-day management of clients paid search marketing campaigns (search, shopping, performance max, etc.), manage execution of search marketing strategies, ongoing budget management and campaign optimizations. The Paid Search Media Manager will proactively provide strategic recommendations to clients and influence the design and development of paid search creative based on their objectives and KPIs.Responsibilities:Build, launch, and manage successful Google and Bing Ads campaignsCreate and deliver meaningful insights through analytics and reporting on client callsMaintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologiesEnsure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives through best practices in the industry of the following tasks:Keyword researchAd copy creationDaily, weekly and monthly budget pacingManagement of bidding strategiesTesting implementation and analysisQualifications and Experience:5+ years SEM experienceAutomotive SEM experience a plusExperience using Google Ads EditorStrong presentation and people skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and online research skills and ability to relate results to client business objectivesAbility to self-manage time and project workloadGoogle Ads and/or Bing certificationTeam player.
