TruStar is looking for an experienced business lender who is a self-starter, excellent in public relations, and well organized. As a Regional Business Services Loan Officer this candidate will have the option to work out of one of our southern locations in Bemidji, Park Rapids, Menahga, or Nevis. This position will originate and manage a commercial loan portfolio with an overall objective of maintaining and increasing its asset quality.
Responsibilities require developing new and existing business relationships in the credit union's southern market and assisting in the organization's overall growth. TruStar is looking for someone with 10 years of commercial lending experience and preferably possesses some kind of business banking certification and/or continual training. TruStar offers an attractive compensation package. In addition to an annual salary, this position includes the opportunity to achieve an annual performance bonus.
