We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator (Data Entry Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Accurately enter and update data into our database and management systems.

  • Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors.

  • Maintain data confidentiality and security.

  • Assist with data organization and reporting as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills.
